When it comes to lessons that we learn in life, often times we learn in within our head and say “well I know that (insert knowing here)” but then how often do we go out and actually integrate this lesson into our lives? Lessons not only need to be learned and known but they also need to be integrated into our lives. Sometimes this happens with things we had already known. We need to talk the talk and walk our walk. If we are not integrating what we know into our lives it will show up in our subconscious actions. We can tell ourselves until we are blue in the face that we “know” this or that, but if what we do and what we say contradicts said “knowing” – it tells us that we are not fully integrating that knowing into our whole being. And if you are not integrating your knowing, how truthful are you living your life? How true to yourself are you being? If integration is difficult for you, do you trust yourself enough to integrate that knowing into your life. Don’t just “see” your knowing, but “taste” it too and start walking your walk.
