A Secret About “The Secret”

The 2006 movie and book “The Secret” spells out the Law of Attraction, giving out instructions as well as examples of success in following the Law of Attraction, in a “too good to be true sounding success” type of way a bit if I must say.  As much as the content of the movie and book are correct, your thoughts do have an influence and we are the creators of our own universes, there is something missing from this theory that one needs to remember and keep in mind if this is a lifestyle or belief system that you choose or that resonates with you.

There is a natural order to life.  You see a forest full of plants, trees, and animals and see the beauty in it all.  Everything in it is connected and it all has a natural order to it.  What makes us humans so different?  What makes us separate from that natural order, somehow immune to the organic ways of life?  Our egos.  We think that somehow, we are separate from nature, but we are a part of nature just like everything else.  Our egos are even a part of that naturality. So where does that secret about The Secret come in?  Like attracts like, but only if you are a vibrational match for that which you are seeking.  Meaning you can apply the techniques of The Secret to something and never see that “something” come to fruition.  This is because that “something” was did or does not match your vibration or frequency.  Basically, it was not meant for you for reasons which you may never know or understand.  You can only manifest that which is meant for you.

Can you change you life by changing your thoughts?  Of course.  But if you are trying to manifest something that it outside of your vibrational frequency, something that is not meant for you by nature, you may not end up manifesting it.  Even your thoughts, whether you change them voluntarily or not, are still a part of nature.  Nothing is exempt from it.  You have a thought because nature wants you to have that thought, you take that action because nature wants you to do that action.  Even our thoughts making us think that we have some sort of control is all a part of nature.  Control is simply an illusion.
