You are beautiful, dear soul. Please do not let anyone from your past dictate how you feel about yourself, any such thoughts are just simply not true. I know that it gets rough sometimes and the lows are hard to handle, but I promise that you will be okay, as I always say. I promise that you will get through this and some day everything will make perfect sense. Be patient until then, you are strong and I know that you can do it. Stay within yourself in each moment and do not drift into the past nor the future. The answers that you seek are not there. There answers are always and will forever be here in the present moment. Stay in it. Keep yourself there. The present moment is where the peace lies. Did you forget that? Please try to give yourself more time to keep your mind at ease. I know that it gets rough, but don’t forget about yourself like that. You know that it helps you, so do it. And you know what you need to do if you find yourself unable to keep it rested, so do it. When you are thinking about going against yourself or thinking about seeking outside information or validation, meditate and go within, that’s the only place where you will find the answers that you are looking for anyways. You are worthy, you are love, and you are light. Get out of that comfort zone, you have great potential, and you won’t reach that point while staying in that comfort zone.
